FEIEA, the European Association of Internal Communication, together with ASCAI, the Italian Association for the promotion of internal Communications, are launching the first European benchmarking research aimed taking an up-to-date picture of the status and trends of internal communication in European companies as well as ascertaining its status inside each participating country.
The research will cover many aspects of internal communications activity both at strategic and at operational level: from goal setting, together with the organization and resources to achieve them, to media and technology deployed; from measurement systems to employee engagement, through to future trend of the practice – everything will be researched and analysed in order to develop a valuable picture of internal communications in the evolving corporate environment.
Target for the research will be companies with more than 500 employees in the main European countries and, whilst the organization of the research is offered by ASCAI and Università Cattolica of Milan, who have a longstanding history on such projects, local associations which are part of FEIEA will promote and support the research on a national basis.
We sincerely hope that all internal communicators can be part of the project and please contact us for any further information or clarification.
