Eric Goubin

Eric is honoured for helping the communication profession in Flanders become more strategic, integrated and professional over the last 25 years now. He started his career as a journalist and since the early 1990s, he has taught Journalism and Communication at a university. He is also a researcher, leading research projects in internal and governmentcommunications and is a part time researcher for Kortom, the Belgian association for government communicators.
Last year Eric published a new book ’Aunt Mariette and her bike’ and this book has quickly become a standard reference in Dutch literature on communication, including many of Eric’s research insights and best practices from the field.

Rui Miguel Nabeiro

Rui Miguel Nabeiro is a Board Member at Grupo Nabeiro, one of the major private business groups in Portugal – famous for its coffee roasting and operating in more than 35 countries.
His mission is developing his people, brands and business, turning Delta Cafés into one of the top 10 coffee players worldwide. He is following the tradition of his grandfather, the founder of Grupo Nabeiro, and encouraging the 3,500 employees to be part of constant improvement in the business.
Older employees pass on knowledge to the younger ones, while they teach new technologies to those who have been working in that company all their lives.
He lead the introduction of the company intranet and a quarterly magazine Delta Magazine, which shares stories of how daily challenges are overcome as well as future perspective for

Urška Ojsteršek

Urška Ojsteršek is a public relations graduate and started her career at Gorenje Group. Four years ago, she took her current position at the Petrol Group, where she is head of internal communication. Committed to continuous learning, she also graduated from the MBA program for young managers and has successfully completed the Management Academy Gorenje.
She has won many local and international awards for excellence in communication and has been an active member of the Slovenian Public Relations Society (PRSS) since 2004.
She is one of the driving forces of the association in promoting the profession
and recognizing the needs for expert skills , including gaining recognition for the FEIEA Grand Prix awards in Slovenia.
She is characterized by commitment and dedication to work –both in internal communication, as part of the PRSS, and for her voluntary work.
