AICO is a professional association with focus on internal communications in Slovakia.
AICO’s main goal is to transform and promote the role of internal communications as a trusted partner of the leadership in order to increase performance and profitability of organisations through better change management, collaboration, knowledge sharing and employee engagement.
AICO connects with other European organizations and professionals.
Our main objectives
- to create platform for knowledge and experience sharing among professionals in internal communications
- to connect internal communications with other areas such as human resources, change management, marketing, public relations and IT
- to promote the role of internal communications as a strategic partner of the leadership and advocate its value for businesses
- to improve the field of internal communications – its practice and execution
